Hanging out with friends

Celebrating Christmas with my baby friends and their dads: Chloe/Stew (left) and Calleigh/Keith (right)

Chillin' with Calleigh.

"Caleb is my fellow Salsa Baby friend. Nice pic Caleb!"

PJ also enjoyed visiting with mom's Fitmom friends and their babies in November. Here are Ben, Greg, Trent and PJ.

"Thank you Auntie Cathy for coming to visit me. I love the stretch pants and I play with the traffic rattle all the time. Come and play with me again soon!"

Fun in November

"I'll get mad at mommy and daddy when I'm older for taking these and posting them on the internet, but for now, since I don't know let's just enjoy these bathtub pics..."

"My first road trip to the Nation's capital with mom and dad in November. I really liked the photo of the Parliament buildings in our hotel room...a career in politics maybe?! We also visited mommy's good friends, Asako, Michal and Noah."

PJ is definitely a morning baby. He will give you the biggest smile when he first sees you in the morning.

Gotta luv those cheeks!

Sports fan!

"Thanks to Auntie Michelle for my first Steelers jersey! Now I match dad with my own Roethlisberger jersey."

"Let's go Raptors!"

Images at 11 weeks

Approaching 3 months, PJ continues to develop and is speaking more often to those around him. His neck is also getting much stronger. He enjoys the Salsa-baby and power walking classes with Irene. His favourite things is still his mobile in his crib as he gets very excited whenever we wind it up for him.

Here he is with his friend and fellow 2007 baby - Caleb during Halloween (see was wearing a pumpkin shirt that is covered by the duck bib - see below)

"I'm not a pumpkin!"

One of his Sunday best outfits

Thanks to Jen for the cool shot when she was visiting with Joh and Viv.

Up close and personal!

Two months old and growing

Our PJ is now 2 months old and becoming more playful (and heavy!). He will smile when you talk to him and continues to gain neck strength. He is also allowing us to sleep more as he is stretching the time between feeds at night.

PJ enjoying Connor's mobile - thanks to JH for the pictures here.

PJ also likes to make many faces. Here he is sticking his tongue out at us.

Already the sports fan as he's been adorned with many professional team's baby wear. Next up Raptors gear as the season starts tomorrow.

Here PJ is wearing one of his many personalized bibs made by various aunties and jeh-jehs. This one is courtesy of "yee ma" Sylvia. Yes he is over 14lbs and 24 inches after 7 weeks. His father was that weight and height at 5 months!

PJ's One Month Celebration ("Moon Yute")

For those who don't know, in our culture, it is typical to celebrate the first month (or first moon) on a child usually by throwing a banquet for family members. PJ was fortunate to have family members from both the Wong/Chan family (Sam's) and Cheng/Law (Irene's). Too bad PJ didn't get to enjoy the Peking duck (dad's favourite and special request) although I guess he did through Irene.

The Cheng/Law family:

Irene with cousin Winnie

Irene's Mom, Irene's Grandma, Irene

The Wong family second cousins - missing Ella and Hannah

Sam's mom with 2nd and 3rd aunt

The happy grandmas

PJ's great-grandparents

PJ with my cousins and their family:

Justin, Ruth, Ming, Naomi, Lydia (Missing Hannah)
